are with you for a long time on your day and it is important that
you are happy and relaxed for your photographs.
When shooting a Wedding we capture the natural love and happiness
of your relationship on your special day. It is important that
your photographs reflect those happy memories for you to cherish
for many years to come.
Wedding Vouchers
These days many couples have already set
up house together and do not require gifts for their home.
Images provide Wedding Gift Vouchers for your guests to buy as
Wedding gifts. These vouchers can be used to reduce your
photography costs, or allow you to purchase additional albums or
DVDs. (See Additional Items at the bottom of the page)
If you would like to use this service, please contact us prior to
sending out your invitations and we will send you as many cards
as you require to inform your guests of this service and how they
can contact us.
The Storybook is
carefully crafted to tell a story of your special day. Ken and
Karen capture every small detail of your Wedding, including
passages from readings and words from your speeches to integrate
them with your photographs to create a unique and treasured
keepsake for you to pass down the generations.
The Storybook Wedding package includes ALL the following
services:
Pre Wedding
We will invite you for a pre-wedding shoot at
our Studio in Hilperton or at a venue of your choice, if you are
not local to us, a few weeks prior to your Wedding. At the shoot
we will have the opportunity to discuss the final details of your
Wedding day.
We will upload those photographs onto your pass-worded on-line
gallery and your chosen portrait will be made into a place
setting card for each of your guests. The reverse sice will
contain the password and website details.
Prior to your Wedding Day we will attend any Wedding rehearsals
and view your Wedding venues to ensure that we make the most of
the photographic opportunities available to us.
On the Day
Both Ken and Karen will be present taking
photographs to ensure that we gain maximum exposure of your day.
We start in the morning and get coverage of preparations from
both Bride and Groom's houses, and we remain with you up until
your first dance in the evening, so that we can tell the story of
your entire day.
We take a combination of informal photographs along with
beautiful portraits to build your story capturing all the
emotions of the day from tears of joy to laughter and of course
the love.
After the Event
4-5 days after your Wedding, 250-400
proofs will be up-loaded onto your on-line gallery for you and
your guests to view or buy. No two pictures will be the
same (We take 1200-1500 photographs on your day).
For your album, we use the latest digital enhancement techniques
so that every picture is stunning. Depending on the size of album
that you select, it will contain 100-180 images. Karen will
design your album and initially select the images used. As album
pages are finished they will be up-loaded to your gallery for you
to view. However you will have full editing rights over your
album and you can swap any of the images in your album for ones
that you may prefer from your on-line gallery.
The end result is a beautifully designed album that it totally
unique to you.
Albums are additional for this package, they can vary in
price from £110 to in excess of £1000. The albums we
recommend for our style of work cost between £110 -
£330 depending on size selected.
£2,200 Package
A saving of £80
This Package includes the entire Storybook Wedding as mentioned
above plus:
A beautifully crafted 12 x 16 inch album in the finish of your
choice worth £300. These albums are specially imported from
America and they come with an attache case to protect them.
A DVD slideshow of your album and proofs as displayed on your web
gallery. The DVD is themed with the music of your choice.
£2,750 Package
A saving of £130
This Package includes everything mentioned in the £2,200
Package plus:
2 x A4 sized parent albums which can be an exact replica of your
own album. However, you will be able to bias the photography to
either side of your family by letting us know which photographs
you would like to swap to reflect this.
100 thank you cards with a photograph of your choice.
£3,300 Package
A saving of £185
This package includes everything mentioned in the £2,750
Package plus: A 24 x 18 inch Canvas with the image of your choice
beautifully enhanced to your specification.
Copyright of the Proofs - you will receive a DVD with high
resolution jpegs of all the proofs for you to do with as you
please.
Traditional Package £995
Prior to your Wedding Day we will attend any Wedding rehearsals
and view your Wedding venues to ensure that we make the most of
photographic opportunities available to us.
On the Day
Both Ken and Karen will be present taking

We start at the venue and meet the Groom approximately 30 to 60
minutes before the Ceremony, and we remain with you up until the
cutting of the Wedding cake
We take a combination of informal photographs along with
beautiful portraits to capture all the emotions of the day from
tears of joy to laughter and of course the love.
After the Event
4-5 days after the Wedding, we select
approximately 200 proofs to be uploaded onto your personal
on-line gallery for you and your guests to view or buy. No two
pictures will be the same (We take approximately 500 - 800
photographs on your day.)
For your album, we use the latest digital enhancement techniques
so that every picture is stunning. The A4 album will contain
30-50 images. Karen will design your album and initially select
the images used. As album pages are finished they will be
uploaded to your gallery for you to view. However you will have
full editing rights over your album and you can swap any of the
images in your album for ones that you may prefer from your
on-line gallery.
The end result is a beautifully designed album that is totally
unique to you.
This Package includes :-
_ Attending Wedding rehearsals and viewing the venues that you
will be using, prior to your Wedding.
_ Two photographers for 4 hours
_ Approximately 500 - 800 photographic proofs will be taken of
which about 200 will be placed in a pass-worded web gallery for
you and your guests to view, so that you can select the final
prints.
_ An A4 album containing 30 to 50 portraits.
_ Additional time with the photographers is charged at £150
per hour.
_ Additional prints may be added to the album at £18 per
print
_ Further individual prints may be purchased directly from our
website. _ For mid week Weddings between Monday and Thursday (excluding
Bank Holidays) this package only will be reduced by
20%.
